Ask your pediatrician to dilate your baby's eyes to examine for abnormalities such as retinoblastoma, infant cataracts, and glaucoma. Such diseases can cause blindness and even death. The procedure is quick and painless and may even save your child's life.

Celebrities Promote Early Detection
Celebrities have contributed their talents as actors to produce a series of public service announcements promoting the importance of early detection of abnormalities in the eyes of young children. Cancer activists Hunter Tylo and Matthew Ashford are in the forefront of the fight against infant eye diseases. Both have children diagnosed with retinoblastoma. Peter Falk lost an eye to cancer at the age of 3 and speaks of how early detection can help prevent blindness and death. A.
